Check in time is 3pm

Early check-in is based on availability. Guests that require a guaranteed check-in for arrival prior to 3pm will be required to register at the Host to make reservations and pay via cash, bank transfer, or credit card.

Guests must be at least 18 years of age to check-in at Edugie Homes. Guests are required to provide valid identification (state driver’s license, National Identification card, Passport etc.) and online booking details if need be.

Edugie Homes asks that you fill the information form requested of guest(s) on our website by providing valid contact information including first and last name, address, and phone number. The names of all guest(s) occupying the room should be noted. Also, information regarding the license plate/car description of guests may be taken for security reasons.

Check-out is scheduled for on or before 12 noon so as to enable inspection of the apartment(s) in the presence of guest(s). Please check out with the Host so that housekeeping may begin cleaning your apartment as soon as possible. If guest requires a later check-out, please do well to inform Host prior to the day of your departure and we will do our best to accommodate your request. A charge may apply for late check-out.

All reservations and registration must be made with a valid credit/debit card. We accept Visa, Master Card, Verve. Cash payments (Naira) are welcomed and online bank transfers at Host. Guests can also register on the Air b n b website at

Edugie Homes does not accept checks. We do not provide check cashing services.

We appeal with guests to make a refundable
Payment of 10,000 or 15,000 (dependent on branch taken) in case of damages. Upon inspection at check-out; we
will refund the fee if the apartment is in perfect order.

Edugie Homes promises to honor special requests such as cooking services, laundry and market runs at a friendly additional cost. However, guest(s) will do well to make this request known in advance so as to guarantee efficient delivery.

If you discover that you have left behind any
item, please contact us on any of our phone lines or social media pages.

Please do well to notify Host in the event of a
fire or other emergencies.

As a registered guest, you are responsible for your visitors at all
times. Visitors must notify Host upon their arrival.

Other than our bridal package deal; if guest(s) desire a full
breakfast, Host is happy to provide you with a staff to cook whatever meal you
desire at an additional friendly cost.

Edugie Homes does not offer discounted apartment rates except
for those participating in our bridal package deal.

Failure to check-in on the scheduled date for a
reservation guaranteed with a credit card will result in a No-Show fee being
charged to your credit card. You will only be charged the first night plus taxes
and the balance of the reservation will be cancelled.

In order to
provide all of our guests with a serene oasis, we provide daily housekeeping.
Our Housekeeping staff is required to enter the apartment at subsequent times to
clean and verify the condition of the apartment. Host reserves the right to enter
a room with reasonable purposes, such as an emergency, housekeeping,
maintenance, apartment inspection; its furnishings and mechanical equipment
are intact, or to address or prevent a violation of our Service Home
policy/House Rules.

Parents/guardians are responsible for and must supervise children
at all times for safety reasons. Please do not leave children unattended in
apartments or allow them roam the property unsupervised.

Apartment keys are issued to the registered guest(s). No apartment key
will be issued to anyone under the age of 18 at the time. I.D is required if you
have lost your key and require a duplicate. Please return apartment keys to Host
at check-out.

Housekeeping is
provided daily between the hours of 9 a.m – 2. p.m. Apartments are cleaned and
inspected daily and a detailed log is maintained on each room and linen.

At Edugie Homes; the comfort of our guests is our priority. For guests
staying multiple nights, bed linen is changed on a rotation schedule. Used
towels are exchanged for fresh towels. Housekeeping is happy to change your
bed linens and make your beds each day provided that all items are removed
from the bed.

Edugie Homes highly prohibits the carriage
and usage of firearms and weapons within its premises.

are liable for any damage howsoever caused to the apartment, its premises or
property caused by you or any person in your party whether or not staying at the
apartment during your stay. Edugie Homes reserves the right to withhold the
refundable damage fee and charge you according to the cost of what has been

Damage to rooms, fixtures, furnishing and
equipment including the removal of electronic equipment, towels, artwork, etc.
will be charged at 100% of full and new replacement value plus any shipping
and handling charges. Any damage of the property, whether accidental or
wilful, is the responsibility of the registered guest for each apartment. Any costs
associated with repairs and/or replacement will be charged to the credit card of
the registered guest. In extreme cases, criminal charges will be pursued.
